Terms — Botify Network

These terms explain how Botify Network tools and pages should be used. The formal sections below are the binding rules; this note is only a plain-English starting point.

As-is use

Each Botify Network app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use Botify Network apps at your own discretion and risk.

Group admin responsibility

Group admins are responsible for the moderation choices they configure. The bots provide automation and admin-assist tooling — they do not override Telegram's permission model and do not grant authority beyond what an admin has explicitly enabled in a given group. Moderation actions are group-scoped, admin-authorized, and permission-bounded. No bot claims network-wide ban authority.

Before you use Botify Network

• All tools are provided as-is with no guarantees of specific results.
• Group admins stay in full control; bots only assist within the permissions you grant.
• Desktop utilities can change local system state — read the reversal notes on each app page first.
• Use the contact page for any questions about these terms.

Desktop utilities and reversal

Desktop apps such as 1132 Fixer are workarounds and utilities, not guarantees of any specific outcome. They may change local system state (for example, creating a fresh local user account) when explicitly run by you. Read the in-app notices and the per-app Security & Reversal section before running each tool. Reversal steps for any state-changing utility live on its app page.

Private beta

Some Botify Network apps (for example, Botify Zoom Navigator) are offered in a private-beta state. Beta apps may change or be withdrawn without notice, and access may be limited to invited participants.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use Botify Network apps for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity;
distribute malware, scams, or harassment through any Botify Network surface;
attempt to bypass platform restrictions on Telegram, Zoom, Discord, SoundCloud, or any other third-party service;
scrape, harvest, or otherwise systematically collect data from the website or its apps;
impersonate Botify Network, its operators, or another user;
interfere with the operation of the website, the apps, or other users.

No platform-bypass guarantee

Botify Network does not promise to defeat, work around, or override rate limits, anti-abuse measures, terms of service, or technical protections enforced by Telegram, Zoom, Discord, SoundCloud, or any other third-party service. Apps must be used within those platforms on their own terms.

Abuse handling

Botify Network reserves the right to suspend or remove access to any app surface where abuse, security risk, or terms violation is observed. Reports of abuse should be filed via the contact path below.

Third-party services

Botify Network apps may interact with third-party services such as Telegram, Discord, Zoom, SoundCloud, or hosting/CDN providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you accept by using them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Botify Network and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of (or inability to use) the website or its apps.

Changes to these terms

Botify Networkmay update these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or its apps after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
