How Botify Network handles information across the website and each of its apps.
This page explains what information Botify Network may receive, why it is used, and how to contact us with questions. Nothing here changes the formal rules below.
Botify Networkships separate apps. Each app has its own data flow. The sections below describe how this website handles information and the posture across the toolkit. App-specific details are kept inside each app's README or in-app settings.
This website
https://botify-network.com is a static showcase. It does not require sign-in. No analytics or tracking scripts run by default. The contact page routes requests through an in-app intake flow — no direct mail-client integration, no third-party form embeds, and no exposed email addresses.
Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, requested path, timestamp) may be retained by the hosting layer for short-term operational and abuse purposes. We do not intentionally combine those logs with any other dataset to identify visitors.
Contact intake
When you submit the contact page, the form fields you fill in are delivered to Botify Network for the purpose of replying to that specific request. We do not use intake submissions for marketing.
What this means for you
- • The public site itself does not track you or require accounts.
- • Contact forms go only to the team for your specific request.
- • Any app data stays scoped to the groups or devices where you use it.

Telegram bots
Each Telegram bot in this toolkit acts only within the groups where it has been installed and granted permissions by that group's admins. A bot reads messages and member data only to the extent Telegram allows for the bot's configured permissions inside that specific group. No bot claims network-wide ban authority — moderation actions are group-scoped, admin-authorized, and permission-bounded.
Where a bot stores moderation state (for example, ban-list metadata or recent message audit context), that storage is scoped to the group it serves. App-specific retention is described in each bot's in-app help.
Telegram Mini Apps
Mini App surfaces signed by a Telegram bot only run with the Telegram-supplied initDatathe user's Telegram client sends, validated server-side. Mini Apps do not request data from Telegram beyond what the surfaced feature needs in the active session.
Desktop apps
Desktop apps run locally on the device that launched them. 1132 Fixer (Windows) creates a fresh local user account so Zoom Workplace can launch as a clean profile; the macOS build is a notarized universal .dmg. SoundSync mirrors tracks from configured SoundCloud sources to a local folder on the device. Botify Zoom Navigator (private beta) runs only on official Zoom domains (zoom.us / zoom.com). Each app's README and in-app notices describe what is stored on the local device and what, if anything, leaves it.
Browser extension permissions
Where a Botify Networksurface ships as a browser extension, the extension's manifest.json declares the exact permissions and host patterns it requests. We do not ask for broader access than the documented feature requires.
Retention and deletion
Where Botify Network stores data on behalf of a group or user — for example, a Telegram moderation audit trail — that data is retained for the operational lifetime of the feature it supports and removed when no longer needed. For deletion requests tied to a specific group or feature, use the contact path below.
Security
Botify Network uses reasonable, industry-standard practices to protect information it handles. No system can guarantee perfect security; if you discover a security issue, please report it via the contact path below rather than disclosing it publicly.
Third-party services
Some apps interact with third-party services (for example, Telegram, Discord, Zoom, SoundCloud, or hosting/CDN providers). Those services process information under their own privacy policies, which apply to the data the user shares with them.
Children
Botify Network is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly request or retain personal information from children.
