WavePort Route
Create, monitor, save, and recover Windows audio routes.
WavePort Route is the routing member of the WavePort audio Collection. It will send audio from a source device to the output you choose, show route health in plain language, and let bounded recovery bring a route back after a device drops. WavePort Route is in active development — release-candidate complete and awaiting code signing — and is not yet downloadable; this page will say so until signed public builds ship.
Programme notes
What WavePort Route does inside the rooms it lives in.
Device-to-device routing
Send audio from a source device to the output you choose — choose a source, choose a destination, start the route.
Plain-language route health
Watch route health with readable status instead of decoding audio-stack jargon.
Bounded recovery
Let bounded recovery bring a route back after a device drops, without starting over.
